Doechii, Last Dinner Party and English Teacher confirmed for Forwards
After a teaser billboard campaign across Bristol that had music fans guessing, Forwards have confirmed their first headliners for the 2025 festival.
Heading to the Downs on August 23 and 24 will be acts including Doechii, Barry Can’t Swim, Ezra Collective, the Last Dinner Party and Orbital.
Grammy winner Doechii will be making her Bristol debut at the festival which also sees Jorja Smith, English Teacher, Happy Mondays, Katy J Pearson, Ishmael Ensemble and Olivia Dean on the two-day lineup.
Team Love co-founder, Tom Paine, said he “couldn’t be prouder” as Forwards returns for its fourth edition.
Paine said: “Each year it grows, evolves and delivers even more for the city of Bristol and beyond.
“From an international and genre-spanning music lineup to future thinking talks, initiatives and with a growing-in-popularity kids area, Forwards is the perfect day out for everyone.”
