First look at new and improved St George’s

Developers have given the public a sneak preview of their plans for a new and improved St George’s.

The £5.5m regeneration scheme promises to provide the Great George Street venue with better access and new facilities including a brand new bar/café, additional teaching rooms and rehearsal spaces.

Plans have already been submitted to Bristol City Council as part of the Building a Sound Future campaign, with the building work due to be complete subject to funding by October 2017.
