Bristol band nominated for 2023 Grammy Awards

Bristol band Idles have been nominated for two Grammy Awards for 2023. This is the first time which they have been nominated for the music award.

The band were nominated for Best Rock Album for their fourth studio album Crawler, which was released in November 2021.

They were also nominated for Best Rock Performance for their song Crawl!, which deals with the realities of addiction and the process of recovery. The single and video were released in February 2022.

The band will be competing againgst the likes of The Black Keys, Bryan Adams, Brandi Carlile and Ozzy Osbourne.

The 65th Grammy Awards will be held in February 2023 in L.A.
