‘Unconventional life drawing’ brings in vintage theatrical costume and accessories
From Zanna at the Wonky Line Cult – responsible for events including Silly Little Zine Night and Scrap and Yap scrapbooking – comes another opportunity for Bristol creatives to savour.
Unconventional Life Drawing will be held at Small Bar on January 7, promising to be “a life drawing session like no other!”
Models will be adorned in vintage theatrical garments and accessories, with plenty of props to help them get into character.

And for those used to more traditional life drawing, there will be varying degrees of nudity on show.
“Been sketching nudes so long you’ve forgotten how clothes work?” asks Zanna, who will be hosting the night. “We’ve got you covered (literally). “Want to master expressive faces and dramatic, dynamic poses? Then this is your jam.”
This is an evening “perfect for animators, fashion designers, comic illustrators, and anyone craving fresh inspiration”.

Unconventional Life Drawing is at Small Bar on January 7 at 6.30pm. For ticket availability, visit www.headfirstbristol.co.uk. Follow @the.wonky.line.cult for this and other upcoming Bristol-based craft events.
