Body discovered in Hotwells

The body of a man has been found at a property in Hotwells.

An investigation has been launched by Avon & Somerset Police who were called to an address in Hotwell Road at 9.30am on Friday.

The death is being treated as unexplained, pending a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death.

Police are yet to confirm whether any arrests have been made. However a man could be seen being escorted from the property by police. Officers were also pictured at the scene with battering rams.
