Women’s wellbeing club founder wins top regional accolade
A female business founder and coach has won the top accolade in regional business awards.
Nicole Askwith Williams, founder of The Women’s Wellbeing Club (TWWC), has been awarded “Young Businesswoman of the Year”, in the UK Business Awards for the Bristol region, automatically shortlisting for a national award in the category.
This is the latest accolade for the young female entrepreneur following the nomination for “Female Entrepreneur of the Year” in the UK Small Business Awards 2025, whose results will be announced later in the autumn.

UWE Bristol alumna, who left a career in the corporate world, founded The Women’s Wellbeing Club in response to the lack of support for female health issues such as period poverty, menstrual wellbeing, menopause and overall hormonal health.
On her recent recognition, Nicole said: “I’m honestly blown away to have won Young Business Woman of the Year at the UK Business Awards. When I rebranded my coaching business and set up The Women’s Wellbeing Club, I just wanted to help women feel seen, become healthier, and feel supported — I never imagined it would lead to an award.
“This award isn’t just about me; it’s about every woman juggling a million things while trying to put her health first. If anything, it proves that passion, purpose, and probably too much adrenaline can actually pay off. TWWC now offers education across the board, courses in female health for other coaches, workplace training with our Women’s Health Champions, and of course, our signature one-to-one coaching for women wanting tailored support.”
