Former Aardman Animations games producer to steer gaming agency
A Bristol-based gaming agency has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of a former commercial head of Aardman Animations’ games to help steer its creative direction.
Award-winning firm Diva Agency has appointed Lorna Probert as its new head of production.
Probert brings 25 years of experience in games, interactive and immersive production to the role.
Before joining Diva, she served as executive producer and head of production at Aardman Animations, having jointly founded and led the studio’s games division for 18 years.

During her time at Aardman, Probert built the division from the ground up, overseeing some 200 productions spanning games, apps, XR and interactive experiences that engaged millions worldwide.
Her work has fetched two BAFTAs, Cannes Lions and several other industry accolades.
Diva, founded in 2007 by husband-and-wife team Andy and Suzy Barnes, said the appointment comes as the company looks to build on its recent growth.

Diva’s client roster includes some of the biggest names in the industry such as Amazon Games,Sony PlayStation, Disney, Take-Two Interactive, Square Enix, Bandai Namco Entertainment, Netflix, Bethesda Softworks and Zynga.
The company, billed as a “gaming-native integrated agency”, has built a reputation for marketing campaigns tied to major video game and entertainment launches.
The Redcliffe-based firm recently launched a creator and community division focused on fan engagement and influencer partnerships.
