Cribbs appoints new centre director

By Milan Perera  Monday Jan 26, 2026

Cribbs has appointed Andy Jackson as its new centre director.

He will oversee operations at one of the leading retail and leisure destinations of South West, which is home to some 150 shops and supports more than 6,000 jobs.

Jackson brings wide experience in shopping centre management, with previous roles at Westquay, The Mailbox Birmingham and The Gracechurch Centre.

Serving a catchment of 6.2 million people, the mall hosts major brands including John Lewis, M&S, Next, H&M and Boots, alongside newer arrivals such as AllSaints, Victoria’s Secret and Mango.

Jackson will also act as an ambassador for the destination, working with partners to attract investment into the Western Innovation Arc growth area.

Jackson said: “I am so excited to join one of the UK’s most successful retail and leisure destinations. As the home of more than 150 shops and restaurants, and with 6.2 million people seeing Cribbs as their closest super regional shopping centre, it is no wonder that brands are queuing up to join our line-up.

“I look forward to working with new and existing brands as we continue to innovate our offering to our growing shopper base, whilst also building connections with local stakeholders to promote Cribbs as the South West’s leading day-out destination.”

Jackson is expected to liaise with major regional employers and projects, including the neighbouring Brabazon development, which will bring thousands of homes, jobs and a new arena within walking distance of Cribbs.
