Sanderson Weatherall have further demonstrated their commitment to Bristol and the South West by becoming members of Bristol 24/7’s Better Business network.
Owned and run by a group of commercial property experts, Sanderson Weatherall are a long-established property consultancy that offers a popular alternative to the industry’s larger international firms.
With roots in the North of England dating back to 1833 Sanderson Weatherall opened their Bristol office in 2012 and quickly settled into the fast-moving Bristol commercial property market.
With specialisms in Building Consultancy, Planning, Valuation and Investment Agency the team are well placed to draw upon Sanderson Weatherall’s broader property services, providing a truly full-service property consultancy offering.
Sanderson Weatherall are appointed to the valuation panels for many major banks and financial institutions and have an active experienced team of valuers whilst also working for private and public sector clients in all aspects of property and Town Planning. They are currently relocating a school to new premises to avoid the HS2 line and project managing a new build for a college as well as professional work such as dilapidations, planning advice and party wall matters.
The team are active having completed the Brecon Ten Peaks with the Youth Adventure Trust and currently raising awareness of mental health with our #SWMarchAround campaign to keep their staff engaged and included.
