Fully-funded skills bootcamps in leadership & sustainability to launch

By Bristol24/7  Wednesday Aug 20, 2025

Whether you are stepping into management for the first time, running your own business, or seeking new ways to inspire and motivate the team you already lead, a new Skills Bootcamp in Leadership & Management offers the perfect opportunity to grow your potential.

This fully funded 10-week programme, starting on September 9, is designed to equip both aspiring and established leaders with the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to make a real impact.

Through a blend of in-person and online sessions, learners will explore the essentials of effective leadership — from clear and confident communication to building positive team cultures where everyone can thrive.

EatDrink24/7 Launch Party is back on July 8 2026!
Exclusive collabs from Bristol’s favourite food vendors, available for one night only. Be first to grab your free copy of the EatDrink24/7 guide – plus every ticket comes with a free limited-edition beer can.

The programmes are delivered by YTKO West of England, a business support organisation with extensive experience helping individuals and companies grow through tailored and impactful training.

Participants will also gain valuable insight into problem-solving and decision-making, learning how to lead with impact and guide their organisations through change. Alongside expert-led training, the course provides the chance to connect with like-minded professionals, share experiences and develop a network of supportive peers.

Leadership today, however, is not only about managing people — it is also about shaping a sustainable future. YTKO’s Organisational Sustainability Skills Bootcamp, beginning on September 10, will give learners the knowledge, tools and confidence to lead positive change in their organisation and beyond.

Over ten weeks, participants will explore the climate crisis and their role in addressing it, learn how to measure and reduce their carbon footprint, understand how to embed lasting behavioural change across teams, and develop the ability to communicate their sustainability story with real impact.

Learners will join a community of forward-thinking professionals, guided by experts who know how to turn good intentions into measurable results.

With flexible in-person and online sessions, and places fully funded for eligible learners in Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire, both programmes provide a rare opportunity to access high-quality training without financial barriers.

Spaces on the Skills Bootcamps are limited, so early registration is essential for those ready to take the next step in their leadership and sustainability journey.
