Bristol: The Movie
Bath’s award-winning street theatre aces The Natural Theatre Company (who have performed at Glastonbury Festival, the Olympics and many more stops across the globe) bring their latest entertaining street-theatre walking tour. Following previous sell-out performances, the Naturals have created Bristol: The Movie, a brand new performance walking tour that takes place on the streets of Bristol.
“Want to find out how a movie really gets made? Come on down to Banksy studios (the famous film set), and meet the extraordinary characters who work there; follow them and their stories along the Harbourside. Witness all things comical and a few historical, bizarre plots and outrageous escapades, as they attempt to make Bristol: The Movie. Join them on a journey through time and space, discover Bristol for the first time, or see the city in a different light.”
Andy Burden, Naturals’ director, says: “After performing all over the world we are delighted to be coming to one of our favourite cities. What we love about these tours is that they are for anyone and everyone. Improvised comedy is what we’ve been doing for 40 years – and we love it.”
May 6 & 7: performances begin at M Shed and finish at Brunel’s SS Great Britain. Suitable for all ages. Performances at 1.30pm, 2pm, 2.30pm, 3pm, 3.30pm and 4pm, tickets £10.
