Tobacco Factory Theatres present a new production of Samuel Beckett’s 1953 absurdist classic.
Two hungry, battered drifters wait by a dead tree. They might have been here yesterday. And they might well come back tomorrow. Unless Mr Godot arrives first. Which he might. If they’re lucky. Which they don’t tend to be.

Mark Rosenblatt, Associate Director at West Yorkshire Playhouse from 2013-2016, leads a team of local and national artists, including Designer Janet Bird (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Theatr Clywd), Composer and Sound Designer Dave Price (Gecko & Cymbeline, RSC), TFT’s own Matthew Graham for Lighting Design (Othello & Cinderella: A Fairytale) and Clowning Director Bim Mason (Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Circomedia).
