Gin Club with Chase Distillery
Founded in 2008 in Herefordshire, Chase Distillery is the brainchild of potato farmer William Chase, who began his distilling life making vodka. Fast forward nine years and Chase is now famous worldwide for creating Britain’s first single-estate gin, GB Gin.
Distilled in the aptly named still, Ginny, juniper buds and berries are added to the Chase Vodka. Wild botanical infusions of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon are then added, giving Chase GB Gin it’s dry finish and distinctive flavour.
As well as GB gin, this special Gin Club will be bringing you a special end-of-year treat, as you’ll be able to sample another three of the famous Chase collection, including Elegant 48 gin (distilled from apples), Pink Grapefruit Gin, and Aged Sloe and Mulberry Gin. James Chase himself will also be on hand to answer all of your questions and light nibbles will be provided by The Ox.
