Learn more about the art of cooking through a variety of different techniques and methods using the original heat source: fire.
A professional chef will guide you in learning how to prepare and cook fur, feather and fin, all caught and supplied locally.
Cook on the open campfire, using a traditional hangi pit and ground oven. Bake bread in their unique ground oven, sample herbal teas and foraged produce from the local area and sit back and enjoy the food!
