Maybe uncritical nippers don’t notice these things, but the people behind these B-grade animations tend to recycle the same old stories and characters over and over again. Remember Monster Island, in which a bullied kid discovered his monstrous genetic heritage? No reason why you should, as it was pretty forgettable.
Anyway, here’s another animation about, er, a kid who discovers his monstrous genetic heritage. The clue’s in the title. It’s from the team who gave us The House of Magic and Robinson Crusoe.
