Clearly, the Shakespeare character he should be playing is Bottom, but we’ll have to settle for Adrian Edmondson‘s Malvolio in Christopher Luscombe‘s production of the Bard’s light’n’funny romantic farce of cross-dressing and mistaken identity.
Luscombe previously directed the much-acclaimed Love’s Labour’s Lost and Much Ado About Nothing for the RSC. Edmondson is making his RSC debut, as is Kara Tointon (from Mr. Selfridge on the telly), who’s cast as Olivia.
