Mysterious cries get police’s goat
Police discovered a rather unlikely damsel-in-distress on Sunday evening following a call reporting sounds of a person in need of help in the Avon Gorge.
Deploying thermal imaging cameras on board the Filton police helicopter, officers soon found out that the source of the cries was a decidedly unhuman culprit.
