Four sentenced in assisting the murders of Max and Mason
Four people have been sentenced for assisting those who murdered Max Dixon and Mason Rist in Knowle West in January 2024.
Antony Snook, Riley Tolliver, Kodisahi Wescott and two others who cannot be named due to their age were convicted of the teens’ murders in 2024 and are currently serving life sentences in prison.
Four individuals who helped the killers in the aftermath of the attack appeared at Bristol Crown Court on Friday.

Jillian Tolliver, mother of the convicted Riley Tolliver, arranged for Marcus Williams, a 32-year-old from Hartcliffe, to transport her son out of Bristol on January 28 2024 – the day after the fatal attacks.
Williams drove Riley Tolliver to an address in Weston-super-Mare in efforts to evade the police.
On the same day, Dominic Smith and Ellie-Mae Maddocks, both aged 26 and from Westbury-on-Trym, harboured Kodishai Wescott and another of the murderers at their home address.
They too drove them to Weston-super-Mare in an attempt to conceal them.
Both Smith and Maddocks were found guilty of two counts of assisting an offender.
Smith has been jailed for four years, while Maddocks was served a two-year suspended sentence and must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work.
Williams was convicted of one count of assisting an offender and has also been jailed for four years.
Jillian Tolliver, aged 51 from Hartcliffe, was found to have committed the act of assisting an offender after being judged as not fit to stand trial.
Instead, she was trialled by facts and has received a two-year supervision order.
Two others have previously been sentenced for the same offence in relation to this case.
Officer in the case, detective constable Matthew Cron, said: “Eleven people have been sentenced in connection with Max and Mason’s deaths – the five who murdered them and six who helped them in the subsequent hours.
“Today marks the final chapter of the legal proceedings but we realise nothing will ever ease the pain that both families continue to endure.
“Over the past two years, Max and Mason’s families have shown remarkable strength, patience and courage, for which we are especially grateful.”
