Body linked to cannabis factory
Police have made two arrests after the body of a man who had a cannabis factory in his home was found behind a former gym.
The body of Nicholas Clark, 63, from Patchway, was found in a yard in Gloucester Road in April. Police initially said they believed he had died from natural causes.
But following the discovery of a cannabis factory at his home on Catbrain Lane, two people were arrested and have now been charged.
Paul Jackson, 29, also of Catbrain Lane, was charged with preventing a lawful burial, theft of money and production of cannabis.
Anthony Whillier, 29, of Royal Victoria Park, Southmead, has been charged with production of cannabis. Both have been released on bail.
