Countdown is on to Bristol’s treehouse in a crane
More than 3,000 people entered the ballot to stay in the world’s first treehouse in a crane, due to open in Bristol in June.
Just 39 people have now found out that they have been allocated a night’s stay at Canopy & Stars at Crane 29 after the first ballot was drawn.
The treehouse will appear on one of the historic cranes outside the M Shed for just four months before disappearing without a trace.
Canopy & Stars managing director Tom Dixon said: “With the draw of the first ballot it feels like Canopy & Stars at Crane 29 is finally becoming a reality.
“The treehouse promises a real ‘natural high’, a pocket of nature in the city, something totally unexpected.”
The second ballot for a night’s stay, due to be drawn on July 3, is now open. To enter, visit www.canopyandstars.co.uk/crane29
