Stolen puppy found

A five-month old puppy that was stolen from the kennels of Bristol Dogs & Cats Home in St Philip’s has been returned safely.

Fox, a female Chihuahua cross, was stolen from the home some time on Saturday night, resulting in a plea on Facebook for her safe return using the hashtag #‎teamfox???.

Fox was brought into the RSPCA Bristol clinic yesterday by a member of the public who “played no part” in the theft.

Whilst the police investigation is ongoing, the puppy has been moved into a foster home and the clinic has said “we will not be taking any enquiries about adopting her at this stage”.
