Are these Bristol’s smallest yellow lines?

Exclusive research by Bristol24/7 has revealed that these double yellow lines painted on Leigh Road in Clifton are exactly the size of a child’s first bicycle.

The 39in-long double yellow lines were spotted by anti-RPZ campaigner Mike Owen and have since made national headlines.

A Bristol City Council spokeswoman said the small sections of double yellow lines in Leigh Road were installed to ensure residents had enough room to get in and out of their driveways.
