New microbrewery and taproom opening soon
An experienced brewer who has worked for a number of different breweries is going it alone and will soon be making his own beer.
Unwin’s Brewery is from Tom Unwin who has most recently been head brewer at New Bristol Brewery in St Paul’s.
Unwin has now applied for an alcohol license for a railway arch in St Philip’s to house his new micro-brewery and pub.
is needed now More than ever
The premises at 25 Oxford Street between Forest Bakery and the Pasty Emporium were most recently home to Bristol Cycle Shack.
The archway is on the same strip of businesses as Little Martha, one of Bristol’s newest breweries and part of the popular East Bristol Brewery Trail which Unwin’s Brewery will also be in the midst of when it opens.
