New Korean restaurant coming soon

An independent Korean restaurant is opening in Bristol.

The Bap first opened in Farnborough in Hampshire, and has since expanded to Swindon and Reading.

Now they are “thrilled to share (their) Korean flavours with the vibrant city of Bristol”.

The owners say they are “driven by a genuine love for food”.

“In Korean culture ‘Bap’ (cooked rice) isn’t just a dish; it symbolises strength, unity, and the joy of sharing”.

They will be serving a variety of traditional Korean dishes, such as bibimbap (mixed rice) and bulgogi (marinated beef); with all of their food is freshly prepared daily.

Posters and a menu have appeared in 21 Queen’s Road which previously housed Crosstown Donuts.

As yet there is no confirmation of when they will be opening.
