Independent cafe to open second location
An independent cafe is preparing to open a second site in the city.
Two Ways will soon have a new, bigger home in an empty shop on Bond Street, which was previously occupied by Barber Brown.
Walter Molinaro and Seda Ozgu, owners of the cafe, said their current kitchen on Queen’s Avenue in Clifton was now “too small” to keep producing goods efficiently.

While signage is already up at the new site, the cafe’s owners said they didn’t have a set opening date yet and are most likely to have a last-minute soft opening.
The new cafe will open next to Bristol Tailoring, at the end of Bond Street near the St James Barton Roundabout.
Speaking to Bristol24/7, Walter and Seda said: “The new location will be like our main hub where we will be preparing and cooking all our food.
“Our kitchen on Queen’s Avenue is now too small for us to produce in a functional way, which is how the journey of Two Ways coffee and bakes began.”
Two Ways first opened in 2019 and offers a variety of food and beverages that combine the owners’ Italian and Turkish roots.
From boreks, ciabattas and pizzas to Italian coffees, everything on the cafe’s menu is an homage to the flavours that the owners “knew and loved”.
Customers are likely to receive more updates about the cafe’s new site through its social media pages as things progress.
