Farewell to Mark’s Bread; hello to Mark’s Bakery
Mark’s Bread has got a new home and a new name.
Mark’s Bakery can now be found on the ground floor of the Tobacco Factory sharing a space with its sister business 5 Acre Farm.
The move has come ahead of the planned redevelopment of the former site of Mark’s Bread on North Street which will also see Bristol Beer Factory relocating both its brewery and taproom.

Mark’s Bakery are now baking within the Aldi side of the Tobacco Factory within a purpose-built space and using a new oven that has been imported from Italy.
The ground floor of the building was previously Teoh’s restaurant and later a Thali, before becoming the Makers Market hosting shops including the Bristol Cheesemonger, and then just 5 Acre Farm.
