Cooking over open fire and homemade vermouths promised in new restaurant and bar
A new restaurant and bar will have a menu built around local and seasonal produce which will be cooked over an open fire.
On the site of the much-missed Roll for the Soul which closed at the end of 2017, Quay Street Diner will be open from 8am to 11pm every day serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner.
A custom-made Argentinian-style charcoal grill from Ox Grills in Stratford-upon-Avon will take pride of place in the open kitchen, with a bar set to offer a range of draft and bottled craft beers, wines, spirits and cocktails as well as homemade vermouths and gins.
Coffee will be roasted by Extract in St Werburgh’s and made on a Sanremo Cafe Racer espresso machine built in Italy.
