A new pasta bar is coming to St Nick’s Market
Popular Italian restaurant Grano Kitchen is opening a pasta bar in St Nick’s Market.
After an April Fools’ prank announcing their take-over of Park Street’s Molto Buono, Grano shared their real news on Sunday.
Set to open mid-May in the Glass Arcade, their brand-new bar will serve desserts and homemade pasta.

Originally a pop-up at Fishponds Food Assembly, Grano moved around Bristol before finding a permanent home in Old Market.
Founded by Alberto Noriega in 2017, it promises ‘proper Italian food’ and is known for its generous portions.
Lunch service at Grano’s Old Market restaurant will pause as the bar prepares to open, but dinner services will run as normal.
Writing on Instagram, Grano told the community to “Get ready — we can’t wait to feed you!”
