Vegan afternoon tea is on the menu
North Street’s Earthcake cafe is now serving a vegan afternoon tea.
Every week from Wednesday to Sunday from midday to 4pm you can indulge your senses in an array of cakes and beverages.
Each afternoon tea consists of a plain scone and a currant scone accompanied by jam and cream, alongside five cakes, four sandwiches and unlimited coffee and tea.
The current cakes are vanilla bean cheesecake, a strawberry slice, a chocolate-covered mango slice, a chocolate and peanut butter tartlet, and an almond and forest fruit slice.
Prices vary from £15.99 on weekdays to £18.99 at the weekend and children of 10 or younger can enjoy an afternoon tea for £10.99.
