Festival launches citywide treasure hunt
A festival that combines electronic music with outdoor activities and wellness is celebrating its fifth anniversary on Bristol harbour.
The exact location of the birthday boat party is being kept secret and Buckinghamshire weekender Stowaway is channelling Willy Wonka with a golden ticket treasure hunt launched on Tuesday, May 5.
A series of clues to the tickets’ location will be posted on social media at noon every day from May 5-7, with the winners and four friends gaining access to both the boat party on May 15 and the festival over July 31 – August 2.
Each of the three golden ticket bundles is worth over £1200 and organisers have said they could be hidden anywhere across the city.

Stowaway is headlined by Say She She, Kokoroko, Skream and a Nightmares on Wax DJ set, while elsewhere Hot 8 Brass Band, Emma-Jean Thackray, Joshua Idehen and Ishmael Ensemble DJs perform.
This year also features a proper rinse-out with a Hospital Records 30th Anniversary takeover.
The independent festival offers wild swimming, canoeing, paddleboarding, kids’ activities and a woodland spa area.
