Day one of Forwards saw Confidence Man, English Teacher, Happy Mondays, Katy J Pearson, Ishmael Ensemble and Mount Kimbie among others, take to the stage.

60,000 people are expected to attended this year’s Forwards Festival which organisers have said “aims to harness the power of live events to bring people together for incredible music moments and lasting positive change“.
