Circular ArtSpace celebrates two years of its unique gallery space
Operating out of a decommissioned double decker bus in Fishponds transformed into an affordable gallery space, Circular ArtSpace has become a valued champion of emerging artists.
The not-for-profit organisation has now been in operation for two years, expanding significantly within that time.
It runs regular art markets – the latest of which is coming up in December – and has also established a partnership with Bristol Charities’ Vassall Community Hub.
So far, exhibited work within the unique gallery space includes that of many local artists and creatives, alongside others based as far afield as Ukraine, Canada, India, and Belarus.

A total of 1,000 artists have had their work displayed on the bus, as well as 20 different artist collectives.
“As our artist base expands”, says Circular ArtSpace curator, Elio Ardizzone-Garofalo, “we’re keen for people beyond the Fishponds community to discover the avant-garde, exciting art we’re exhibiting.”
