Bristol’s first on-road bike hangar installed

There is already a waiting list for Bristol’s first on-road cycle hangar, a secure storage unit for six bikes that has been installed on Eldon Terrace in Bedminster.

Spaces in the hangar, which takes up the place of just one car, cost £25 to rent for one year by local residents.

The hangar was funded through a successful bid by residents to the Local Sustainable Transport Fund’s Active Communities Grant.
