New wine bar opening near Temple Meads

A rapidly developing area of Bristol is soon to have a new after-work drinking den for its smartly-dressed professionals.

Wine bar Veeno is due to open at Glass Wharf on Temple Quay in May, on the ground floor of the Burges Salmon offices overlooking the Floating Harbour around the back of Temple Meads.

Veeno is due to open on May 12

Following Veeno bars in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Nottingham and York, it promises family produced Sicilian wines and authentic Italian sharing dishes, with wine tasting experiences also available.

Nearby, the ground floor of The Eye tower also looks like it could soon become a new food and drink establishment. Watch this space for more news.
