Female-founded creative agency nominated for industry award
A female-founded content agency has been tipped for a major global accolade.
Bristol-based The Content Emporium has been shortlisted for The Drum Awards 2025, which celebrate excellence in marketing, media and creativity.
The agency, based at Temple Studios near Bristol Temple Meads, was nominated in the Organic Social category for its work with Landsec, one of the biggest commercial property companies in the UK.
The agency’s innovative Employee-Generated Content (EGC) strategy saw retail staff, baristas, centre management teams and even security guards take the limelight, capturing behind-the-scenes moments.

Filmed on iPhone, the resulting content is described as “real, local and human”.
“When you turn the lens to real people and raw moments, the results are more powerful and entertaining than anything you can script,” said Molly Martin, director of social at The Content Emporium.
The Organic Social category highlights the creative use of social media platforms to grow communities and drive engagement without paid media.
“This international recognition is testament to the creativity and hard work of our team, and to the incredible collaboration we’ve built with Landsec,” said Charlotte Laing, founder and chief executive of The Content Emporium.
“Our data shows that authentic, people-powered content is what cuts through on social, so we’ve placed that at the heart of our strategy this year. To see our work celebrated on a global stage via The Drum Awards, and to fly the flag for Bristol creativity, is really rewarding.”
The content agency was founded in 2015 and has a 70-strong team who works with many leading companies.

“This international recognition is testament to the creativity and hard work of our team, and to the incredible collaboration we’ve built with Landsec,” said Charlotte Laing, founder and chief executive of The Content Emporium
The Drum Awards winners will be announced in London on November 19.
