Certificate
U
Running Time
95 mins

Bristol’s very own Cary Grant gives one of his best performances as an idler who plans to go on holiday for a few years, charming his rich fiancée’s rebellious sister (Katharine Hepburn). George Cukor‘s 1939 romcom was the third of Grant’s four-co-starring roles with Hepburn.

This Valentine’s screening takes place in the suitably romantic surroundings of the Cathedral’s Chapter House. The ticket price includes bubbly, bucks fizz or orange juice on arrival. Popcorn and hot chocolate are also available. Go here for tickets.
