After an unhappy 27-year-old office worker disappears, graffiti based on her ‘missing person’ poster appears all over town and a gang of giggling schoolgirls begin to attack random men. Adapted from a 2013 novel, this provocative and anarchic post-modern drama is a full-on assault on the sexism of modern Japanese society.

It’s on screen as part of the Japan Foundation Touring Film Programme.
