Where was Seven Dials filmed?

By Martin Booth  Thursday Jan 15, 2026

Bristol features in a number of scenes in new Netflix drama, Seven Dials.

The series based on a novel by Agatha Christie is set in 1925, with locations across Bristol made to look like  London from a century ago.

Interior scenes including the Seven Dials club were filmed at the Bottle Yard Studios in Hengrove.

  • Queen Square

Police station sets were created in the empty council-owned offices in the Corn Exchange above St Nick’s Market.

And on Bridewell Street, an Old Scotland Yard exterior was created complete with vintage cars, extras in period costume and London street signs.

Filming also took place at locations including Abbey Green and Great Pulteney Street in Bath, Minehead in Somerset, Badminton House Estate, and Westonbirt Arboretum.
