Writing on Instagram on Sunday, Sara’s son Noah said: “It’s with a completely broken heart that I have to tell everyone that yesterday evening my mum, Sara Venn, passed away.
“I cannot begin to tell you all how much we are hurting but also thankful she is no longer in any pain.
“My mum was the most beautiful soul and brought sunshine into any room she walked into.
“As well as a bloody good friend to most of you, she was also the best mum and wife me and my dad could have ever asked for.
“There will never be a second that she is not missed by us.
“Yesterday the world lost an amazing soul. Rest peacefully mummy, we love you most.”
