Bristol24/7 to host Bristol Central hustings with Debbonaire and Denyer
Bristol Central is one of the most hotly contested seats at this general election and on July 1 at the Bristol Beacon, just three days before election day, you will be able to hear from the candidates in person.
Incumbent Labour MP Thangam Debbonaire and Green Party co-leader Carla Denyer have both confirmed they will be taking part in Bristol24/7’s hustings at the Lantern Hall.
The event will be hosted by Bristol24/7 Editor, Martin Booth, and feature questions from Bristol24/7 readers as well as from those in the audience.
All of the candidates standing in the new constituency have been invited to attend. The six candidates in Bristol Central are:
- Robert Clarke – Reform UK
- Nicholas Coombes – Lib Dem
- Thangam Debbonaire – Labour
- Carla Denyer – Green
- Kellie-Jay Keen – Party of Women
- Samuel Williams – Conservative
Bristol247’s hustings in partnership with the Bristol Beacon takes place on Monday, July 1 at 7pm. Tickets are free and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
