£2,000 reward to find lost bag
An award of £2,000 is being offered to anyone who finds a bag containing “priceless” sentimental items.
The lost bag – last seen by the main entrance of Temple Meads on the evening of March 19 – contains “two decades of social and creative work”.
Inside the bag was an old MacBook Air, a grey Apple iPhone, a purple Minirig and three Seagate external hard drives.
Rose, the bag’s owner, is particularly keen to get the hard drives back safely and has placed posters around Bristol advertising her substantial award for the bag and contents’ safe return.

Rose said the hard drives, which were in a cross-stitch embroidered purse contained, “Two decades of social and creative work, including photography, footage and recordings of elders in the community sharing important historical accounts”.
Also on them were “irreplaceable personal family photos, artistic pieces I’ve spent hour, weeks, months on – priceless to me but no direct value to anyone else”.
She added: “I know my work will play a significant role in shaping our community for the better. If found, please return them.
“There were also sentimental items on pockets of the bag that I’d love to recover. So I’d be grateful even if the bag without the devices is returned.”
Rose is offering £1000 for the hard drives which she sayscan be raised to £2,000 if the other devices are returned too.
If you find the bag, you can call Rose on 0790 3535 768, email [email protected] or hand it in to the lost property office at Temple Meads and ask staff to contact Rose.
