New serviced apartments open in renovated townhouse

By Bristol24/7  Thursday Mar 10, 2022

New serviced apartments have opened in a renovated Georgian townhouse in Bristol.

Located in Clifton, Redmayne House offers five one-bedroom units “fully equipped” with everything needed for both business and leisure stays in the city.

The “luxury” apartments, across the second and third floors of the period building on Whiteladies Road, include fully fitted kitchens, en suite shower rooms, sofas, TVs, dining areas and double beds.

EatDrink24/7 Launch Party is back on July 8 2026!
Exclusive collabs from Bristol’s favourite food vendors, available for one night only. Be first to grab your free copy of the EatDrink24/7 guide – plus every ticket comes with a free limited-edition beer can.

They are run by Urban Creation, which has three other serviced properties: Beech House, Alison Court and Charlottes Rise.

Jonathan Brecknell, director of Urban Creation said “We entered the serviced apartment market in 2017 with our first property, Beech House.

“Since then we have seen this part of the business grow and grow with more people understanding exactly what serviced apartments are.

“Because of this we have seen an increase in demand from both the business and leisure sector.

“We are excited to open Redmayne House’s doors and hope all our guests have a fantastic stay with us.”
