Sustainable, vintage-inspired fashion brand unveils Cabot Circus popup

By Emily Brewster  Monday Dec 11, 2023

A women’s fashion brand focused on retro-inspired pieces with a commitment to sustainability is showcasing its styles in a new popup.

Kessie Hodges, founder of Lady K Loves, sees the shop in Cabot Circus as a “unique shopping experience for those seeking standout pieces” with a distinctive vintage look that caters for women of all body types.

The founding designer of the brand is looking forward to meeting customers in the popup that will run until January 10.

EatDrink24/7 Launch Party is back on July 8 2026!
Exclusive collabs from Bristol’s favourite food vendors, available for one night only. Be first to grab your free copy of the EatDrink24/7 guide – plus every ticket comes with a free limited-edition beer can.

Kessie told Bristol24/7 the physical connection to the stock that customers have in the popup is wonderful to see, adding: “It’s so nice to share that energy with people.”

Kessie continues: “We’re so excited to be connecting with our audience. Helping women find items they love is my passion and nothing beats seeing someone walk out of the changing room in an item they love with a huge smile on their face.

“Our popup shop aims to offer shoppers a fusion of classic designs and innovative fashion, providing a unique shopping experience for those seeking standout pieces that resonate with individuality and charm.”

The brand is enthusiastic about its sustainable production of “meticulously crafted garments”, using waste fabrics otherwise headed for landfill in clean, eco-friendly factories that pay their workers fairly to make the clothes.

Working with two ethical, fair trade-standard factories based in India, which Kessie told Bristol24/7 that she visited herself several times over the years, Lady K Loves clothes use organic cotton and energy-reducing techniques to ensure the brand is as sustainable as possible.

The popup shop has a festive after-hours event this week.
