Young & Foodish open second Bristol cafe on the harbourside
After an aborted attempt at a burger restaurant, a striking Harbourside building is now the second outpost of Cotham Hill cafe Young & Foodish.
Formerly a Caffe Gusto and briefly Holy Cow, the picturesque Cathedral Walk spot has had a subtle makeover and now features a bar (with San Miguel and Angelo Poretti on tap) made from reclaimed wood, a couple of comfy leather sofas and small plants on each table.

On the short food menu is the likes of grilled wraps, soups and ciabatta sandwiches.
On the counter on a recent Wednesday afternoon were three different varieties of chocolate brownie, and a honey and cranberry granola bar.
Alongside tea and coffee and the beers on tap, there are bottle and cans from ABC and Kopparberg in the fridges, and a small selection of spirits on the back bar.
Despite the current damp and cold weather, the Young & Foodish owners are already preparing for the summer when they are hoping that this new opening will become a destination location thanks to its unrivalled outside seating area overlooking the water.
