BrewDog’s biggest Bristol bar to reopen

By Martin Booth  Friday Mar 27, 2026

Jobs are being advertised for multiple roles at one of the BrewDog bars in Bristol that recently closed abruptly.

While Bristol’s original BrewDog on Baldwin Street looks likely to remain shuttered, the bigger premises on Millennium Promenade will be reopening.

Jobs being advertised at the Harbourside bar range from general manager to kitchen staff.

Talking to BBC News, Unite’s Bryan Simpson called BrewDog’s approach “morally reprehensible”.

Simpson said: “This is a blatant attempt to strip workers of their rights and force them to compete for work they should still be in.”

Tilray have been approached for comment.
