UK’s first pizza vending machine installed in Bedminster
Bedminster is home to the UK’s first pizza vending machine.
Pizza Bella have installed the vending machine on the outside of its pizzeria on West Street, and it can serve fresh pizza in three minutes.
Customers can order a range of pizzas from the machine – including vegan and gluten free options – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
People can pay by card and a hot, fresh, stone baked pizza will be delivered through a letter box at the bottom of the machine.
The owners say that the machine is the first of its kind in mainland UK, with the only other one being installed on the Isle of Man.

Many have commented on the new venture via social media, with one person saying they “had pretty low expectations but it was honestly impressive.
“We ordered two and it can do them both at the same time and beats most of the pizzas from a kebab shop around here at this price range.”
The machine stores 96 pizzas and has two deck ovens for cooking. The pizzas are chilled and then oven cooked.
