News: Trio of Bristol chefs shortlisted in National Restaurant Awards

Bristol’s standing as one of the UK’s most exciting cities for food and drink has once again been recognised in a prestigious national awards.

The Estrella Damm National Restaurant Awards recognise the best restaurants in the UK as voted for by top chefs, restaurateurs and food writers.

Elliott Lidstone from Box-E and Jamie Randall of Adelina Yard are both named in the 10-strong shortlist for Chef to Watch.

Peter Sanchez-Iglesias of Casamia  is up against Heston Blumenthal and four other top chefs for Chefs’ Chef of the Year.
