Trattoria opening second site

By Adam Postans  and  Bristol24/7  Sunday Oct 12, 2025

A popular family-run Italian restaurant is set to open a new site.

Moltobuono has submitted plans to Bristol City Council to move into the former Fishers seafood restaurant on Princess Victoria Street in Clifton Village.

The family-run business is currently based on Park Street and aims to provide a true Italian atmosphere with recipes passed down through generations, drawing on its Sardinian heritage.

Its restaurant on Park Street opened in 2018 and was described by a Bristol24/7 reviewer as “exactly the type of Italian restaurant you want in your neighbourhood”.

In planning documents, architects said there would be changes to the front of the building including a new door, windows, signage and a canopy.
