Three years of ‘meals, laughter and memories’ for artisan pasta restaurant
An artisan pasta restaurant has created a special birthday menu to celebrate three years of their bricks-and-mortar premises.
Little Hollows on Chandos Road, has served its customers a selection of fresh, al-dente pasta for three glorious years that they are now relishing with a memorable night of deliciousness.
The special three-course menu curated by head chef Flo and the kitchen team, includes starters, mains and a dessert.

Those who have booked for the “now full” event, will be treated to canapés as they arrive and can then devour a range of mains including handmade sweetcorn and chilli stuffed tortelloni, grilled squid; and scallop and skate-filled ravioli.
To cleanse their palates and end on a sweet note, Little Hollows will be serving up what they call “ultimate” tiramisu.
Ahead of the big night, founder Chris Davies told Bristol24/7 he was grateful for “meals, laughter and memories” shared at Little Hollows.
He said: “Here’s to three years of shared meals, laughter and memories. We’re so grateful for every moment our customers and team have spent with us – here’s to many more.”
In classic Italian fashion, the restaurant is well-celebrated within Bristol’s food community for it’s specialities like pappardelle and mafalde.
Since its opening in September 2021, customers and passers-by have been able to witness the art of pasta-making through the restaurant’s glass windows which they are welcome to feast on.
The celebratory dinner will take place on Wednesday and is already sold out.
