Strong Pizza for strong women

Bristol pizzeria Pi Shop have unveiled a special pizza, available only in the days leading up to International Women’s Day.

The Strong Pizza for strong women will only be available from March 6-8.

It is made of house smoked anchovies, burrata, capers, toasted pine nuts, basil and oregano on a tomato base.

The pizza has been created with Elly Curshen, Bristol chef, author and owner of Pear Cafe in Montpelier.

A donation from every Strong Pizza sold will go to charity Women’s Aid, who work nationally to end domestic abuse towards women and children.
